Please read them carefully, these guidelines & terms of use will be binding when you use any current or future service or business of/with 24hrs application. This Terms of Use is an “Electronic Record” generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These terms of use of the 24hrs SELLER app include, in particular, the privacy policy referred to in paragraph “AGREED TERMS” and limitations on our liability in paragraph “LIMITED LIABILITY”

7.“Services” refer to any of the services offered by 24hrs application through its application or any other forms of communication.
The 24hrs SELLER app shall be made available to the Seller subject to the condition that he/she downloads the application and Register the USERNAME AND PASSWORD. This APPLICATION shall be made available only to the Service satisfying the eligibility criteria and shall be provided at the sole discretion of the 24hrs SELLER App and may be discontinued by us at any time, without prior notice to the Seller. Information provided at registration must be true and correct, If the information about an account provided during registration is inaccurate, the account risks suspension. Each entity may have one account only, If any company or person has multiple accounts all accounts risk suspension. The seller must properly safeguard customer data, failing to properly safeguard personal customer information and data may result in suspension, and/or termination.
1.This TERM OF USE is for the 24hrs SELLER App or any of the services accessible through it, including any updates or supplements to the 24hrs SELLER App or any Service, unless they come with separate terms, in which case those terms will apply.
2.If we make changes that affect your use of the APPLICATION or our services, we will post notice of the change on the Terms of Use page. 24hrs APPLICATION at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the APPLICATION without assigning any reason thereof. By signing up for an account or using 24HRS APPLICATION you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge that you will regularly visit the Terms of Use to familiarize yourself with any updates. These terms of Use were last updated on 08TH MAY 2021.If you do not agree to the terms, you must stop using the 24hrs SELLERS App immediately.
3.From time-to-time updates to the 24hrs SELLER App may be issued through an App store. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the 24hrs SELLER App until you have downloaded the latest version of the 24hrs SELLER App and accepted any new terms. We reserve the right to withdraw the 24hrs SELLER App at any time for any reason without notice to you.
4.Seller may download the 24hrs SELLER App on several devices, if the device is not owned by the Seller, we assume you have obtained permission from the owners of the mobile ‘phone or other device used to download a copy of the 24hrs SELLER App. You and they may be charged by service providers for internet access and data usage for downloading the 24hrs SELLER App. You accept responsibility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for the use of the 24hrs SELLER App on or in relation to any device whether or not it is owned by you.
5.The terms of our privacy policy which you can check here PRIVACY POLICY are incorporated into this Terms of use for the seller by reference and apply to your use of the 24hrs SELLER App. Additionally, by using the 24hrs SELLER App, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any information given by you in the 24hrs SELLER App or any Service may be read or intercepted by others.
6.By using the 24hrs SELLER App or any of the Services, you consent to us and, where necessary our technology providers, collecting and using technical information about the devices you use to improve our offerings.
7.If you press the “Contact Us" option or use the “Feedback” menu item in the 24hrs SELLER App, the phone and/or email application on your device will open and will be pre-populated with our contact details but you will have to initiate the call/email to us.When you use the above feature or send e-mails to us electronically. You also agree to receive the same via electronic medium. All the Electronic communication from us satisfy any legal requirement that such be in writing.

You agree that all of 24 HRS trademarks, trade names, service marks, and other logos and brand features that are displayed via the Services (collectively, the "Marks") are trademarks and the property of Cosmozeal Tech LLP. You agree not to display or use our Marks in any manner without 24 HRS’ prior permission. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective third-party owners. The presence of a third-party trademark on the Services does not mean that we have any relationship with that third-party or that such third party endorses the Services of 24 HRS.
You expressly agree that the use of the site is at your sole risk. 24hrs SELLER app will or respective employees, agents, merchants, third-party content providers or licensors, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents, warrant that use of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. The services are provided by 24HRS on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 24HRS makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, or products available via the services.

24HRS shall be excused from performance under these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, as a result of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from weather conditions or other elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorders, or rebellion, quarantines or embargoes, labor strikes, error or disruption to major computer hardware or networks or software failure, other causes beyond the reasonable control of 24HRS, as applicable.
The terms of this “Terms of Use” document are exclusively based on and subject to the laws of India. You hereby consent to ARBITRATION IN CHENNAI in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website and/or our mobile application.

The Sellers/brands whose products, services, or deals are made available on the mobile application may be protected by the intellectual property laws of India or a country outside India. Your attempt to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, resell, redistribute, broadcast, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, frame, transfer, or otherwise use in whole or in part, any intellectual property contained in the products or services of such Sellers/brands, may subject you to infringement consequences in accordance with the policies of such brands/Sellers which may be enforced by them in India or outside India. We are not bound by any agreement with any of the brands/sellers for ensuring the security of their intellectual property appearing on our mobile application. You hereby indemnify and keep indemnified, saved, defended, and harmless 24 HRS and all persons claiming under 24 HRS('Indemnified Persons'), from and against all losses and/or damages arising as a result of any notices, proceedings, litigations, claims, penalties, demands and costs that may be made and/or raised on the Indemnified Persons by any of the brands/Sellers or any concerned authority and/or alleging infringement of their intellectual property contained in their brands/deals.

The 24hrs Application gives you the coupon codes for the Products given listed by the Seller. The services are provided by 24HRS on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 24HRS makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, or products available via the services. you expressly agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.
24hrs will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of these services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We want to list the OFFERS, COUPONS, and services of genuine sellers on a mobile application to ensure that infringing products are removed from the APPLICATION, as they affect your and genuine Seller’s valuable trust.
We do not and cannot verify if the Sellers have the right or ability to sell or distribute their listed OFFERS, COUPONS, and services. However, we are committed to removing any infringing or unlicensed product or service once an authorized representative of the rights owner properly reports them to us. We sincerely want to ensure that item listings do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. We can identify and request the removal of allegedly infringing products and materials. Any person or company who holds intellectual property rights (such as a copyright, trademark, or patent) that may be infringed upon by OFFERS, COUPONS, and services listed on 24HRS APPLICATION is encouraged to report the same to our Legal Team.
